Hardware Products: All hardware products carry a standard manufacturer's warranty as specified by the respective brand (ZKTeco, Digimax, Huawei, etc.). Warranty coverage includes defects in material and workmanship.

Software Services: Software services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitations: Warranties do not cover:

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from power surges or improper installation
• Issues arising from third-party software or integrations

7. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: AIVIZ and its affiliates, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this provision may not apply to you.

8. Third-Party Products and Services

AIVIZ is an authorized distributor of products from ZKTeco, Digimax, Huawei, Lokiz, Smart Vians, and other brands. We also integrate with third-party services and APIs.

No Endorsement: We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or quality of third-party products or services. Third-party terms and conditions apply to their products.

Links to Third Parties: Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or compliance with laws.

9. User Content and Submissions

If you submit any content, feedback, or ideas to AIVIZ through our website, email, or other channels, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content without compensation or attribution.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction: Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.

Arbitration: Before pursuing litigation, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Dubai.
